Since I purchased my car from this location, I've always brought my car to this location for service needs. I brought my car in last weekend for front brake and rotor replacement and was told they couldn't brought my car to this location for service needs. I brought my car in last weekend for front brake and rotor replacement and was told they couldn't service my car because I purchased my brakes and rotors after-market. Oddly 2 weeks prior, I had my back brakes done at this location and the service was very professional, they gave me the idea of purchasing aftermarket parts because I was told that's what they were doing. After all, the brand name parts were out of stock. Oddly when I did it they couldn't service my car, so I left and went to the Hyundai dealer on Cicero and they apologize for my experience and got me right in to take care of my brakes. They did say because of the parts being aftermarket, they couldn't guarantee the parts, which I understood. This is what I assume Hyundai of Tinley would have said as well. More
