Bought a brand new elantra in '05? Bought a used Santa fe in' 13? Can't really see a reason to go to another dealership. Service is always friendly and fast. Thorough. Service at Family Hyundai was terrible. First I was promised that the alloy wheels on my vehicle would be taken care of on Monday 10/5, so I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday 10/3 because I could not promised that the alloy wheels on my vehicle would be taken care of on Monday 10/5, so I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday 10/3 because I could not make it on 10/5. Then I get a call on Tuesday 10/5 that the vehicle was not ready because of a problem with their vendor. I was promised that the vehicle would be fixed on Tuesday 10/6. Tuesday came and went without a call. I finally called on Thursday and was told that the vehicle would be ready on Friday 10/9. Friday came and no call. I called Family Hyundai again and this time I'm told the vendor has Covid and they have no idea when my vehicle will be fixed. I picked up my vehicle on Friday. The service was terrible and if I hadn't bought this wheel package I probably would never do business with them again. More
I always have great service from Family Hyundai but on this visit something was wrong with the car wash. It was left wet out in the hot son and if not wiped dry was starting to leave water spots on the fi this visit something was wrong with the car wash. It was left wet out in the hot son and if not wiped dry was starting to leave water spots on the finish and glass. These hard water spots are very hard to remove if not dryed immediately. Fortunately a man called Paul wiped the car down but I had to go over the glass when I got home. I will make sure to ask not to wash the car next time if this is to continue to be the new wash policy. All the people are greatotherwise. More
