Every advisor we have had has been professional and a pleasure to work with. No high pressure up-sell for work we don’t need, we really appreciate that. We had a lot of problems with that across the street at the Honda dealer when we owned a Honda. Never again! We have re-located out of Tinley, but we will make the drive back here every time we need something for our vehicles. I was only in for routine service and Tom Salin was great to work with. From his greeting, to our conversation as he walked me to the cashier, he is genuine. I did not feel like a number, like in other service departments. A simple handshake and thanking me for coming in goes a long way in my book. Thanks Tom and the Family service department!
