Family Hyundai Service Been going here over 17 years and have excellent service. Would not take my car any place else. Called Tom and told him my problem and told it would be towed in last Saturday. Was looked at and found the problem and had to get part. Installed it let me use a loaner car and was on my way. Problem wasn't solved I brought my SUV in to get repaired, the automatic brake disabled waring light was on. It only took a day to repair, was told the problem was fixed, b I brought my SUV in to get repaired, the automatic brake disabled waring light was on. It only took a day to repair, was told the problem was fixed, but the warning light came in as soon as I left the dealer. I called colin, my service repair person, and he has yet to respond to me. Disappointing In the past I have had great service but for some reason this time I had to bring my car up there 3 plus times before the issue was corrected. One day In the past I have had great service but for some reason this time I had to bring my car up there 3 plus times before the issue was corrected. One day I sat in the service area for 5 hours and after 2 days I still had the same issue with my car which was a burning smell coming for the rear of my car. Three different times I was given different reasons why. As loyal customer and the place where I bought my car I was truly disappointed. More
