I opted to take the car to another, neighborhood shop. They cleaned off oil that I had spilled on the engine while trying to add it without a funnel. They said there was a very minor, if at all leak near the oil pan,but nothing to really worry about. However,they said I had two brake line leaks. I took the car back to Family and Crystal Duran was very courteous and professional. She had the oil pan repaired under warranty and did confirm the brake line leaks. I agreed to the repairs and Crystal discounted the cost because the prior visit's inspection reported that the brakes were ok. I'm very happy with the final results and the way Crustal Duran handled a problematic situation. More
