WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased my Accent in 2014 at this dealership and Frank the Tank was the best! I have for the last 5 years have had my Accent only serviced in your service shop. I have always had the best service from Tom and Colin! They are truly remarkable! So remarkable that last April I purchased a Sonota for my son in Denver Colorado. I was in for the last time on Saturday 7-20-19 and was checked in by a Crystal. She was the worst! She comes and tells me I have a bubble in my tire I said ok I don't know what that is she said you need a new tire I said ok can you get a price for me. She never went into any detail of what else I needed other then an oil change she simply did not care!!!!!!! So I wait for 2 hours she never came and gave me a price for the tire, Colin came up to me to give me the price for the tire I stated i was so disappointed in the service from Crystal that I will be going somewhere else for not only the tire but anything else that may need to be done. I still have no idea due to the fact Crystal never came and told me. I have a conversation with Colin who is GREAT and told him all my concerns and I just to bring my car around once the oil change was complete. I then go to my car and it was dirty inside then before the oil change someone had gotten the passenger front seat dirty and nothing was vacuumed, I think the world of Frank, Tom and Colin they have been great the entire 5 years, but my experience this past Saturday I not only will have any work done on my 2014 Accent but I will also not be returning to purchase my Tuscan in the fall. I am a firm believer in the best customer service in all areas of service and it is important that your team gives that. Crystal needs to attend a workshop or 3, More

Oil change with no appointment I was very pleased with Brian Ramocki, my service technician. He was personable, knowledgeable & professional; great customer service skills. In addition to the service visit, I test drove a Kona with Jaclyn Bobbitt, who impressed me with her knowledge & understanding that I was just beginning my research on a new vehicle, so no pressure was applied. I was, however, not pleased that I was unable to make an appointment for this service, instead was advised to just come in, preferably in the afternoon. I'm a long-term customer and was always given the option of scheduling an appointment in the past. I feel that, if given an appointment, my time spent there would not have been any anywhere near the 4+ hours I spent. THIS IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT and the reason my overall rating of this service center & customer service ratings are below 5. More

Less than ideal Dropped my vehicle off for a service assessment (transmission and usb port) with a promise for a next day update. Very Comfortable Environment This was my first visit to Family Hyundai for recalls and I will be returning for service. I was maybe there for about 1 1/2- 2 hours. I will be back!! More

After market work We were told that FH would need the vehicle for 2 days for the ceramic coating and under side protection. Vehicle was done a day early. Excellent job I had a wonderful experience at Family Hyundai during this last service visit. They performed an oil change, replacement of my steering wheel coupler I had a wonderful experience at Family Hyundai during this last service visit. They performed an oil change, replacement of my steering wheel coupler (which was still under warranty, and a recall on the engine software update was completed. I was so happy with their service and keeping me up to date on the completion of my car during the day. I'm especially happy that the steering wheel coupler was under warranty since it was an annoying sound happening in the cabin with every turn of the wheel. This fix has given me a new love for my 2013 Sonata. Thanks so much :) More
