Purchased a New Vehicle My family decided it was time to trade in our 8 year old car for a newer vehicle. She pulled two Santa Fe models off the lot to show us based on what my husband had told her. Both vehicles were amazing. We were able to test drive the Santa Fe and decide which one we preferred. Jaclyn did an amazing job telling us about all the features of each and answering any questions we had. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and professional. I recommend purchasing a vehicle from Family Hyundai. More

Poor Service Called in for oil change. Was told an hour to an hour and a half. Got there checked in and ended up waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change. When advi Called in for oil change. When advisor gave keys he told me “sorry for the wait, but we cleaned and detailed your car” but then they didn’t even wash it. I wish the service department cared as much as sales department. More
