Service appointments are on time and they have also been able to give you a good estimate of how long it will take. It makes the process a positive experience. Also the waiting room is very comfortable with a TV and refreshments. More

My complimentary Gensesis 15,000 mile service was scheduled for 4PM. The day of, at 3PM the valet texted that he'd come to pick up my car at 3:15 (45 minutes early). He arrived at 3:15 and return was scheduled for 4PM. The day of, at 3PM the valet texted that he'd come to pick up my car at 3:15 (45 minutes early). He arrived at 3:15 and returned my car at 5:30. Fortunately, I was home at 3:15. Appointment times, once scheduled, should be kept! More
