Oil change I had a positive experience. This was my 1st time here. They completed in a timely manner. Staff was friendly. They washed my car. The only complaint I had a positive experience. The only complaint is that my manual recommends an oil change every 5,000 miles but the reminder sticker was for 3,000 miles. I'm guessing it's a way to get you in there to get you to spend more money. Make sure you go by your vehicle manual and not the sticker More
Loyalty doesn’t mean much anymore I’ve had my 2012 Sonata for 7 years and have had my front brakes done 3 times. Everytime I get them repaired, I’m paying for rotors. It seems weird. I drive my car for A to B. I rely on this dealership to help me save money, not spend more. Also, not sure what the policy is regarding loaner vehicles on Saturday but I saw plenty of them and ask for one when I was told my service would be up to 3 hours (I waited 4). Though I will continue to have my car serviced here, I will not purchase another Hyundai. More
Best Service Dept. Ever I have, with one exception, always received excellent service. All of my issues were resolved in a timely manner this visit. Easy to get oil change I love that I can just drop in after work and get my oil changed. Quick correction Brought my 2015 Hyundai in for very first problem with 53K+ miles. My outside ambient temperature sensor went crazy whenever weather was damp or wet. Brought my 2015 Hyundai in for very first problem with 53K+ miles. My outside ambient temperature sensor went crazy whenever weather was damp or wet. While I wished this was covered under warranty, Tom, my service advisor brought me back to the service bay to show me now with the front bumper fully removed, the cracked sensor, explaining that something somehow, hit the sensor perfectly to damage it's weatherproof integrity resulting in false readings. TOM was terrific and the repair was then completed quickly after that, and the charge was very fair. I know Tom could have just told me it was damaged and given me the final repair cost, but Tom sympathized with my dilemma, gently explained it couldn't be done under warranty, and made me feel totally comfortable. This is my second Hyundai SantaFe from Family Hyundai, and the Sales and Service team members have always been GREAT! I've worked with Tom before, and it's nice to a have a personable advisor who actually understands car repairs and not just a representative who logs your stated problem into a computer, and does a scripted upsell of things you might need. Love my Hyundai and love Family Hyundai! More
