Oil Change and Recall They greeted me promptly and asked the reason for my visit stated I made an appointment online. He looked up my service request and proceed to review They greeted me promptly and asked the reason for my visit stated I made an appointment online. He looked up my service request and proceed to review what I had requested and I requested something by mistake so it was deleted. Glad he caught that before they did the work and charged me. My only issue is when you make an online appointment, it doesn't matter because they are still going to take you in the order that you arrived to the door. I don't like this, what is the point of the appointment if I don't take priority over walkins or drive ups. If I have the first appointment of the day. I should be taken care of first, I arrived at 7am and left at 9am. For an Oil Change and recall. I think that's too long. Then the rep comes and tells me about all this work I need and it will cost me over $1,000. Then we I say no it takes another 15mins before I'm giving me keys to go. More

Tom Salin is always very professional and I usually ask for him when I call in to make my service appointments because he will take care of my vehicle needs. I always know before hand what is coming up next service wise so I can know how to plan. Whether it’s working a few extra hours or smart planning.
