Dependable Service I bought my car at Family Hyundai in 2010 and have been bringing it here for all service and repairs ever since. My last visit I had an appointment with Tom who I usually see when I bring my car in. He's always professional and is attentive to your describing the problem with your car, or service needed. My car was making loud noises underneath the car when driving, and the stop light bulb was out. After the diagnosis Tom meet with you again and thoroughly explain the problem with your car and the repairs needed to fix it, along with the cost. So he gives you everything upfront before they proceed. Whatever cost Tom quote you, he do not change it to something else, which builds trust. Tom informed me that I was soon due for an oil change and asked did I want the oil change now so I wouldn't have to visit the shop again very soon. Which I said yes and appreciated it. My car is running well again! More
Good Service - alittle long Everybody was professional and friendly and I was attended to almost immediately. Seeing there were other people who came in after I did and got done before me, I was wondering why if I had an appointment. This is a very minor complaint....you guys are the tops and maybe it was just too busy Monday when I came. Service and car wash were greatly appreciated. More

It just never had enough tension at the time I was told that this is how it was supposed to be and I always thought that was not right, but never revisited it because of what I was told. Over time though, it just got worse so when I had it in for service I mentioned it to Collin. He did find it in the system and told me that he would talk to the manager and submit the paper work to Hyundai and that I should call back in on Monday. Called in and part is being covered, I think as it should be because this was defective from the get go. More

Attentive and thorough I have had experience with service employees at another dealership dismissing what I say and trying to give their own diagnosis before a mechanic even I have had experience with service employees at another dealership dismissing what I say and trying to give their own diagnosis before a mechanic even looks at the car just to rush you through and have you pay the most out of your pocket so they have to pay the least out of theirs. This is my second time at Family Hyundai service, and they did not do that. They patiently listened to everything we had to say, typed in thorough notes (even had us add our own), and said they would let us know once the mechanics were able to look at it. After a few days, they gave us a call with a diagnosis and what the repairs would be. More

Never do business with this company If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called an spoke with their advisor crystal an told her I could not wait on my vehicle to be serviced for thre If I could give them 0 stars I would. I come for services the next day no car an I’m late to work. I call to speak with the service manager who was extremely disrespectful. He says I don’t give out loaner cars unless it’s for 24 hours an what do you want me to do about it i don’t know why she told you that. I said to him he doesn’t have to be so rude an I’d like his name he proceeds to tell me oh my day is fantastic an etc refusing to give me his name. He eventually says micheal an hung up on me. I’ve had my car for 6 years an I’ve always went here to have services done an I’ve always received a loaner car if the service would be longer then three hours. To talk to me with such disrespect an disgust shows that we are nothing but money to them an they don’t care about client satisfaction. He could have simply said I’m sorry mam we don’t offer these services I will inform crystal let me reschedule you. I will never come here again an I will let everyone know not to purchase cars from this establishment. More
