Quick and Easy Scheduled Service Family Hyundai does it again! Dropped my car off for 75K mile service - which included oil change, air filter, fuel filter, 100 point inspection, and Family Hyundai does it again! Long wait Jim is the only reason why I didnt give this review 1 star. He was very courteous and professional, and explained everything well. However, I had a SCHEDULED appointment for a simple oil change, and ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes...for an oil change...absolutely ridiculous. The mechanics all seemed to want to stand around and talk instead of doing their jobs (I peaked in a couple times). I get that oil changes are not a money maker, but I expected much faster service for a scheduled appointment. I wouldn’t consider coming back here. Wasting 1/2 a day at a dealership for basic services (that are priced high) is not something I want to experience again. More
