I just bought the 2013 Optima LX this is the 5th car I have bought at Family Kia here in St.Augustine, Florida. The quality of Kia and the quality of service and the respect that I have always gotten sin have bought at Family Kia here in St.Augustine, Florida. The quality of Kia and the quality of service and the respect that I have always gotten since 2002 is the reason I keep returning. I must say Debbie Stearly has been my sales person for the last 2 cars in the last two years she is very professional and listens to what I want and is able to have me leave a Very Satisfied customer. Darwin Grote is the Financial Officer and was so kind and efficient and made sure we got what we wanted. I will keep coming back and will always refer my friends and family to Family Kia St.Augustine, Florida. More

Every time my wife or I had our cars serviced Dan was always attentive, friendly a real pro. As a service adviser for 11 years myself for Adamec H-d I do know and appreciate good thoughtful service. My first experience at your service dept was the exception. I took my car in for a warranty recall and an oil change. After two hours in waiting room a service advisor(not the one who checked me in) says no one told me you were my customer till now. An hour later I was on my way. Jack was great! He got me in a great, barely used car that I really like! He was very open to me wanting to "prequalify" and stay in my price range. In fact, my Mom is talking about coming in next year when she is ready to trade in her Hyundai. It’s great to know after owning a KIA and being a customer at Family KIA for 11 years, quality service is still number one. Even the service department is #1, and have always treated me as I am their only customer over the past 11 years. Thanks again for all your help with my new KIA. We had been putting off buying a car for the longest time so this is something that is very rare for us that we NEVER do. In fact, this is the first brand new car I myself have ever purchased and the first one we have purchased together as a family. Thank you Debbie for all your help, and the fact that Family Kia was able to get the car to us so quickly. This is why we chose to purchase through you, as all the other Kia dealerships in town were having trouble finding us the car we wanted in a short period of time. Tony DeSilva, my salesman, was absolutely a life saver and help me not only get through the situation but helped me to continue forward in the purchasing of my new car. From the presentation of Kia offerings to the closing of the deal, Tony was always on point and delivered the goods. After closing the deal on our 2012 Kia Soul+, Tony carefully and completely explained all the features of our new vehicle to the point that I commented to my wife that I never previously had a car salesman provide the total car buying experience as well as Tony Dasilva. Family Kia is indeed fortunate to have such a man of character as Tony on their staff.
