Then the same day (ON HIS DAY OFF) he called me to say the Highlander I inquired about had sold. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he found one at another dealership 3 hours away. I told him what I was willing to pay and we agreed on the deal over the phone. My wife and I drove over the same day and made the deal. The Highlander had not arrived from the other dealership, so the car was delivered to us the next day 75 miles away. There was never any pressure what so ever. I would highly recommend Family Toyota of Burleson and Jason Jutz to anyone looking for a Toyota. I almost forgot to mention, the purchase was approximately $ 1800.00 less than any comparable Highlander we had found. More

I was impressed and asked if they worked on other brands. He said "bring it in". The A/C went out on my jeep yesterday so I called in and spoke with "Kenny Bredemeier" who set up an appt. for 8:00am 9/6/19. I was taken right in, and within 2 1/2 to 3 hrs., the jeep was totally fixed for a savings of $700 from a dealership I shall not mention. I am very happy and now have found a place that I really feel good about! More

To top off the experience, working with Raad Batayneh in Finance was beyond our expectations. Raad prepared the paperwork for us, and we were able to sign and pick up our new Camry within minutes. By the time we were done signing paperwork, we were already telling Eric that we will be back for another vehicle in the future. I would like to add that everyone at Family Toyota of Burleson was very warm and welcoming. I will be referring family and friends to see Eric and Raad when in need of a vehicle. More

They showed several cars based on our needs and we decided on one. They took our non-running car as a trade-in and we got a good deal. NO WORRIES!
