Excellent Service!! I recently purchased a used vehicle from T.O. at Family Toyota Burleson and it was a great experience! The facility is fairly new and it is very clean and all the employees I came in contact with were very nice. I asked T.O. to help me find a used vehicle, but later narrowed it down to a Corolla. He was very patient with me and he went above and beyond to help me out. The purchasing process was painless and it didn't take too long. I told T.O. that I normally hate purchasing vehicles from dealerships, but he made the process a good one. Michael Cummings (the Finance Relationship manager) was very nice too!! He too was very patient and pleasant to work with. I'll be back and I would definitely recommend Family Toyota in Burleson!!! More
