Am seriously shopping for a Toyota Highlander and came across an AMAZING deal advertised for $3,660 under all market comps in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex!. Unsurprisingly, when I called Jermaine said "that vehicle is not longer available." Hmmm. Perhaps it never was for sale.... Sadly this is an obvious case of shameful and misleading advertising - which never builds customer confidence. It is also real hit for Toyota brand reputation (am sure those Highlander Brand Managers @ HQ won't be pleased). Boo. More

Needless to say, Family Toyota in Burleson will be the ONLY Toyota dealership I go to from now on. I will definitely recommend them to others because of the knowledgeable, friendly and fast service I always receive.
