Worked with Bruce from the very beginning when I found the car online and sent in an inquiry to leaving out the door with keys to new car in my hand two days later. He was very professional and ultimately made sure that me as the customer was satisfied with the transaction. Pleasure doing business with Family Toyota, would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a car, go there!!! Not to mention all the added incentives when purchasing a new vehicle. Living about 7 hours away from the dealership was difficult as I did not see the vehicle until the day I bought it. Throughout the entire process, I felt like Eric was very easy to talk to and very pleasant. He made my wife and I feel very welcomed by being genuinely interested in us. He also bought me a keychain from the dealership gift shop. Eric is a class act when it comes to selling cars..
