She told me about her experience there when purchasing her new car and how great it was. Well....she was right about how great a dealership it is. I felt good about it the minute I walked in. The sales team was not all huddled outside the door like a bunch of vultures waiting to pounce on you. Christian got me a great deal on the lease of a new Camry. It is exactly what I wanted and my payments are less than what I was paying on my last lease (from another dealership) and this Camry has all the features I did not have on the previous lease. I could not be happier with how I was treated there. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle go see Family Toyota and tell I sent you 😁 More

Waste of a 1 hour drive Sent all my info and exact requirements for payment and price. Did credit app etc and sent via email. Was assured it would be no problem to make the deal as I requested. I drove an hour from my home to be quoted almost double what we discussed the night before. Even after a lot of back and forth, they couldn’t get my payment within $60 of our original discussion. They also offered $3000 less for my trade-in than every other dealer I have been to. I basically wasted 3 hours and had to drive 140 miles round trip to come home empty-handed. Not impressed. More
