She told me about her experience there when purchasing her new car and how great it was. Well....she was right about how great a dealership it is. I felt good about it the minute I walked in. The sales team was not all huddled outside the door like a bunch of vultures waiting to pounce on you. Christian got me a great deal on the lease of a new Camry. It is exactly what I wanted and my payments are less than what I was paying on my last lease (from another dealership) and this Camry has all the features I did not have on the previous lease. I could not be happier with how I was treated there. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle go see Family Toyota and tell I sent you 😁 More

Was assured it would be no problem to make the deal as I requested. I drove an hour from my home to be quoted almost double what we discussed the night before. Even after a lot of back and forth, they couldn’t get my payment within $60 of our original discussion. They also offered $3000 less for my trade-in than every other dealer I have been to. I basically wasted 3 hours and had to drive 140 miles round trip to come home empty-handed. Not impressed. More
