Best experience ever! I’ve been shopping for a Camry for about a month prior to coming to Family Toyota of Burleson and each time I went to a dealership they made me feel r I’ve been shopping for a Camry for about a month prior to coming to Family Toyota of Burleson and each time I went to a dealership they made me feel rushed and pushed to buy a car regardless of how I felt about it. All they wanted is to make a sale. They took advantage of the fact that my credit wasn’t the best and because I needed a car so bad I was about to buy a car at a 15% interest because I was convinced it was the best I could ever get due to my credit situation. Right before finalizing my purchasing at another Toyota dealer my sister insisted that I should try family Toyota because she heard nothing but all the best about them. And that was the best thing I’ve ever done to myself! I walked into that dealership and I was very skeptical and thinking they’ll be just like the others. But they proved me wrong. I’m so forever thankful to Tebo Abbas for his outstanding work. This guy will not rest till he gets you approved not only that but he’ll take it personal and get you the best rate out there regardless of your credit trust me. If he was able to get me approved at an interest waaaay lower than the other dealership saving me thousands of dollars then he will get you approved too! not only that, they put me on a 2019 SE Camry for the price of a 2018 LE. I can go on and on and still can’t say enough about how great Tebo was to me. I’m forever greatful to him and to Eric Hill the sales gentleman who was extremely awesome and helpful and never pushed me to buy a car whatsoever. There was a misunderstanding with finance and we ended up with a warranty we didn't really want. However, it must be said, the misunderstanding was due to me losing focus and only half listening to a spiel I've heard 50 times before. So it was totally on me, and I didn't catch it until after the paperwork had already been turned into the bank. Even so, management was very willing to work with us to make sure we would be satisfied with the final result. More
