I talked to a gentlemen name Bruce Lee Magalla Today being Veterans Day 11/12/18 we went into Family Toyota of Burleson looking to buy a Tacoma truck. I talked to a gentlemen name Bruce Lee Magallan one day prior to our visit. So as soon as we arrive at the dealership we notice the place is so clean and has a friendly atmosphere. We were greeted with smiles all around from the very first person we meet all the way to Bruce Magallan who takes care of all the paperwork. went from good to HORRIBLE First off this dealership left a fake google review pretending to be me stating a had an awesome experience which I didn't. Second this left even more of a bad taste in my mouth. Now I'm not sure who left this review but Derek was cool n helpful but if you did thats not cool at all. Now my real compliant about this is when I went into finance the gentlemen of Mazin completely LIES to me bout my rate approval n said I only got approve from 2 banks with 8% when my credit score is well above 750!!!! I don't like it when people lie to me especially when it comes to stuff like this. I called him out on it and said there's no way in xxxx I got approve for that high of a score and no other bank approve me for less. I said I know the loan amount is high but theres no way every single bank denied me especially the credit unions. I called my friend who worked at a credit union and she pulled up my application saying I got approve for full amount with less than 5%. I told him that n he starts giving me an attitude asking for their name n what location they work at. That doesn't matter...he tried to play me out of my money and screw me over. After a whole hour of him running around talking to the desk manger mad that I found out I got an approval for less than what he quoted me he comes back n said indeed got approve for 4.5 from ft worth community credit union. he then finish my deal gave me my paperwork n just leans back all pissed off n said you are done n you can leave now. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had and the sad part is I bought a car from ya 3 years ago and had an awesome experience then. More
