Customer Service above and beyon Cheyne is my now favorite sales car-person! Hands down to the entire staff actually, we went in looking just to look ended up walking out with our new Cheyne is my now favorite sales car-person! Hands down to the entire staff actually, we went in looking just to look ended up walking out with our new vehicle, my husband being a first time buyer we were given options and they were very helpful! We didn't realize we had left with a different vehicle than what we had ask for (engine stuff) they made everything super easy for us to be happy with what we had wanted. I cannot explain how grateful I am especially with Cheyne because he helped us as much as he could. Deff will be coming back to get another vehicle in the next months!! Cant forget about Joe! He is on top of my list too, he had everything ready to go and helped with the financial part of the process! Grateful with him too he made our payment plans happen! last but not least Mucio, who was kind enough to agree to our budget! such great staff couldn't ask for a better car shopping experience!!! Bad Service On the 21st I went to location for my 20000 mile Toyota Care service. Although I was a little over. When I got home I noticed they did not change my o On the 21st I went to location for my 20000 mile Toyota Care service. Although I was a little over. When I got home I noticed they did not change my oil. Wow how can that be. I have to drive 80 miles back there and get them to correct the issue. They were not friendly at all. Then adding insult when I left to day, I went to get fuel and walked around front of vehicle and noticed the car wash they used ripped my deer whistles off my front bumper. Will never go there again so Hello Durant Toyota in Granbury. More
