From sending us texts and info about vehicles before we even spoke on the phone to helping us a vehicle within our budget that exceeded our expectations. We discussed kids and baseball while getting our credit approved then when we went to test drive, Mike brought around a Fourunner that was just getting processed into inventory. When my wife saw that it still had a bejewlled "baseball mom" sticker, she just fell in love with every feature of the vehicle and even though we thought the leather package was out of our budget, finance and the whole team made our dream a reality.
