Michael hung in there and followed up with me every week or so just to make sure I was still looking. I appreciate that Michael was patient with me as this was a big decision for my wife. When we made an appointment to see Michael we were ready to buy. After test driving a couple we knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay, Michael was able to make it work (I think I could've nudged him down even more though! haha). He answered every question we had about the vehicle with a correct, direct and confident answer (not too many salesman can do that) so my wife and I felt comfortable buying from him. Cheyne and Faheem worked really hard to accommodate our needs, and they were eventually able to put us in a new Tacoma just like we wanted, but still within our budget. Cheyne was very patient with us, even staying past closing time to make sure the truck was detailed and ready to go. He even offered to deliver the truck, even though we live a LONG way from Burleson. And we didn't have to put up with a lot of nonsense like we've experienced at other dealerships a few miles to the north. Great place to buy a car and worth the extra drive. Keep up the good work!
