Excellent Customer Service, could not have been better. My wife's 2014 Camry needed an oil change, a day earlier the brake light came on and it was low on fluid also the speaker phone didn't work correctly. Tristain was very helpful to provide estimates for repairs and for new tires. Justin in the main shop explain the front brakes had been replaced and some fluid was removed to add new pads but it wasn't topped off (different dealer) . There is no fluid leak & brakes looked new, also they did a radio software update (outside of warranty), we had another dealer do prior software updates while car was in warranty but it still had same issues. I appreciate them taking time to explain what they did and accepting the service coupon and not charging for the software update, the radio speaker phone is useless without the software update and Toyota should cover it since the radio was part of the XLT pkg paid for when new. This is second time I brought my car here for service, it's out of my way since I live in another town and I will continue bringing my car here long as they provide such great service, it is worth the drive. More

After test drive we asked for trade-in estimate and the salesman brought a sales manger out who was to now help us, he said he use to work for Honda and he knew all about the Accord. We will go to Honda to learn about the Accord! We were looking at Camry. We just wanted to compare them and get estimate for trade-in, they had no Camry brochures we don't know what options or packages are avail. The sales mgr left when we said we will do our own comparison and we wanted a trade-in estimate, then the original salesman came back (we just got handed off again) and again we asked for the trade-in estimate and he wouldn't give us a written estimate and quoted a verbal value less than half the actual trade in value the car was worth. They did not want to give estimate in writing and we were switched from one salesman to another then back again. As we walked out was told they maybe able to get a little better trade value. Please do not waste people time if you are going to lowball them on trades also my mother in-law was feeling pressured from the sales mgr, she does not want anything to do with this dealership in the future. Note: We had a much better experience from the local Honda dealership and never felt pressured and didn't get handed off to different people, also got the avg trade-in value for her car. I have used this Toyota service department and believe they are one of the best around but I would not recommend them for car sales, I will go elsewhere to purchase a new car. More

I would highly recommend this dealer he went out of his way to provide excellent service and price. I will definitely buy my next Toyota from this dealer. More

He is a true professional who is warm and friendly. He is very genuine and takes a personal stake in all of his customers. He thanked and recognized me for being a repeat customer.. He is a true example of customer service which is hard to come by these days. Thank you! Also, Patsy at the cashier desk, is a true gem. Her people skills are phenomenal---she treats all customers with that great Texas smile and charm. These are just2 examples why I get my car serviced here. More

What sold me was his complete honesty. When is the last time you asked a salesperson a question and they didn’t come up with a crazy lie? If you ask Eric a question and he doesn’t know the answer, he tells you he doesn’t know, but will find out for you.
