Cheyne took the time to explain things thoroughly, both about the car and the transaction. Since I didn't have a trade-in, I expected to come back the next week to pick up my car. Cheyne exceeded my expectation by offering to deliver the car (all the way to the other end of the Metroplex), so I wouldn't have to make the return trip. I really appreciated that. More
