We drove 3 hours to find a friendly, professional dealer that would make us feel comfortable. After searching online for good dealer reviews I kept coming back to Family Toyota. We made the trip and Esmeralda Derat met us when we arrived and took us on a test drive, She was very knowledgeable about the truck. She did a super awesome job making us at ease about buying a new truck. She brought us inside and introduced us to Derek and he made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. The entire process was much shorter than most dealerships. After the keys were in our hand he went over the entire truck with us showing us all the features in depth. We couldn't be happier.
