She took the time to help me begin my car buying process. She took serious interest in my needs and made sure I was directed to the appropriate person who could help me start my car buying journey. Sales-Windsor Rippetoe This man is the Bomb! He is a down to earth straight shooter. No bullsh*t and no haggling. He never once tried to sale me a car. He treated me like—FAMILY. He was extremely thorough and listened to every inch of my car buying resentment. He made me a priority! My happiness was his objective and he nailed it. He definitely earned my trust! Management-Mucio Cortez I can not say enough great things about this guy. He made everything FLAWLESS. I’d like to rename him Moses because he made things part like the Red Sea!!!! Never have I ever actually enjoyed the company of someone who assessed my credit. He helped me far more than I ever presumed was possible. He gave me great financial advice and direction. He was eager to give me all the important information about my vehicle so that I was comfortable about my purchase. I had zero interest in purchasing the day I came in nor did I have any expectations. Car buying has always been something I’ve loathed. I don’t want to be sold or haggled. I don’t need someone to tell me what I need. I honestly just came in to see if the used car I saw online was still on the lot. What I drove home in was jaw droppingly delicious....I am now the happy and satisfied owner of a Brand New 2018 Toyota Camry SE. Family is definitely the feeling you get once you walk through their doors. I am proud to say that I have joined the family!!! Above and beyond In order to help you understand our experience at Family Toyota, I'm going to back up a little bit to the week before we bought our 2018 Rav4. We had In order to help you understand our experience at Family Toyota, I'm going to back up a little bit to the week before we bought our 2018 Rav4. We had gone to Honda of Burleson and were interested in a new HR-V. We had two cars to trade in with a lot of negative equity and we knew that it was a long shot. We were there 5 1/2 hours. We signed paperwork, we moved belongings from the old car to the new car, we paired my phone to the bluetooth in the car. That is how close we were. All day long, they told us it was a done deal. No problems. Then, at the end of 5 1/2 hours, they come to us and say that no banks would take the loan and without more money, they could not help us. Needless to say, we were pretty upset by the experience and it left us wary of going to another dealership anytime soon. We figured we would run into the same problem no matter where we went. But just to be sure, my boyfriend called Chris Yates at Family Toyota, who was an old friend. He wasn't looking for special treatment. He mostly just wanted advice from someone in the business about whether or not we should try again or wait until some of the negative equity had been paid off. Chris advised us to bring the vehicles in and Family Toyota could probably work out a deal for what we wanted. We told him that we didn't want to spend all day at a dealership again, only to be told no. Chris said we should do it anyway. We thought...why not? I kid you not, they made magic happen. It was amazing. Chris told Lynn and David and everyone we worked with that day about our bad Honda experience. So they all went above and beyond to make our Toyota experience exceptional. They took both cars, found a RAV4 that had multiple rebates (to eat up the negative equity), got us the monthly payment we needed (at 0.9% APR, no less), and the first thing that David said when we went to finance was that the loan had already been approved, so we wouldn't be worried about being denied at the last minute. It was the best, easiest, most amazing car buying experience I've ever had. In fact, I only have one teeny-tiny complaint...Lynn's window seriously needs a sun-shade. That afternoon sun is brutal. And though I had never considered a Toyota RAV4 before, I gotta say I am so impressed with this vehicle. It has a lot of safety features (that come standard), it is surprisingly roomy, with a very smooth, comfortable ride. I actually like it much better than the HR-V I thought I wanted. I could not be happier! Thank you Family Toyota of Burleson! I recommend them to everyone. P.S. I need to give a shout-out to our Toyota expert, Derek, who did a great job tutoring us on everything we needed to know about how to use the new technology and safety features in the vehicle. He was funny, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and some we didn't even think to ask. More
