From day one, I knew there was something special about Aaron, but at the time I could not pin point it...I just knew I always felt comfortable and that my vehicle was in good hands with him. Being a disabled veteran and having spent time in Iraq looking over my shoulders and being very hypervilgilant, trust does not come lightly. But with Aaron, I can truly say I trust him, his word is genuine, and it is very clear that he is very passionate about his work, as it shows in his character, and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A matter of fact, I have already shared with Aaron that I plan to purchase my next vehicle from Family Toyota Burleson; preferably this coming spring as a birthday gift to myself. Best car buying experience ever! This was by far the greatest car buying experience we have ever had! Derek Herndon and the rest of the team made the entire process very smooth. They were honest, professional, knowledgeable and most of all down to earth! Between my husband and I we have probably purchased over 15 vehicles. This was honestly the first time we went into a dealership knowing the price and there were no hidden costs, agendas, and no complications. They never once haggled with us or try to lowball us on our trade-in. From the moment we made the initial contact via email they made us feel like family! Several times that Saturday afternoon my husband and I looked at each other and we were waiting for..... well you know what always happens at car dealerships to happen to us... But that never happened they were honest with everything! And we left feeling like we got the best end of the deal. It was the most wonderful experience we have ever had when buying a new vehicle. He made the process seamless for us. The only gripe I had was the middle man business with finance. I was dreading this part and why I hate going to dealerships. It’s a lot of unnecessary back and forth especially since the sales person can’t negotiate with us. Overall it was a great experience that left me with the car and financing I wanted. More
