My visit to your facility was perfect in every respect. Aron greeted me quickly and wrote up the service ticket in a flash, advising steps and procedures that would be followed as he wrote up the ticket. Aron was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable of our car problem, neat appearance and was extremely kind to a senior adult. I have never been to an auto repair and had a visit such as this. Absolutely incredible! Aron kept me informed as to happenings while my car was in repair. I had a cup of coffee and sweet roll in your waiting room, while car being repaired - very good indeed. The front end alignment did not take very long. I worked on my laptop while waiting, so no lost time for me. Took care of several personal items on my laptop while getting my car repaired. Your WIFI works great! Thank you! I had a short conversation with one of your car salesmen in the showroom, who also was very courteous and offered help if I needed help, while in the waiting room. Aron deserves a HUGE KUDOs from me, as well as the entire staff at FTOB and all the management. I will be recommending FTOB to anyone needing auto repair or looking for new/used cars. More
