It's the right thing to do I continue to be wowed by Family Toyota of Burleson. I discovered my 2017 Tacoma's front windshield had a two foot heat crack when I picked it up from I continue to be wowed by Family Toyota of Burleson. I discovered my 2017 Tacoma's front windshield had a two foot heat crack when I picked it up from DFW airport's remote parking. I didn't have 4,500 miles yet. I didn't hit a rock or other debris. I was sick. I priced a new windshield which wasn't Toyota OEM, and then drove to Burleson to see Courtney Crawford. Courtney had helped get my SiriusXM trial reactivated when it was terminated prematurely. Thanks for that btw Courtney. I told Courtney what happened, how I wasn't expecting something for nothing, but that new car feeling was fading quickly. Was there anything he (Courtney) could do? Without hesitation he told me to see Chris Bruder in service and tell him Courtney sent me. Chris is obviously a hardworking, highly sought out individual from the depth of paperwork on his desk and his dour, contemplative demeanor. I explained why I was there, what happened, and Courtney sent me. He looked at the windshield and confirmed it didn't appear to be an impact. He said to himself matter of factly, "I'll warranty that". He started pulling out a service order and I said are your serious? I didn't expect that. Chris calmly stated, "It's the right thing to do". Just wow! More
