By the time I got to Burleson, I realized I should probably stop because I had something in my tire and I was on my way back to Waco. Stopped at this location to see if they could help me. They were crazy busy but were so friendly and eager to help. Fixed my tire and even offered to wash my car. Would definitely recommend this dealership and I WILL go back there in the future. More

Negotiated a deal and when I went to finalize the lease and fill out paperwork to get the car I found out the down payment changed by over $ 5000 and the monthly payments also went up substantially. I was unhappy and tried to speak with a manager. He seemed very nice and asked me to wait for three minutes while he spoke to someone. I waited for over six minutes and he never came back. I left. He called my cell phone about ten minutes later and asked where I was. I told him I left. He was perturbed and said he was working on a deal for me. I told him to call me back when he had something worked out. I have not heard from him yet. Two hours of my time gone with no car and a bad review for Family Toyota of Burleson. More

He stayed late to allow us to test drive the car we focused in on and to answer questions afterward. He was honest with us in dealing with our trade-in and gave us room to make our decision regarding the purchase. Throughout the process he was polite, personable, respectful, and truly professional. Truly a Family I went to Toyota of Burleson looking for a vehicle for my 16 year old son. My husband wasn't able to be there so I was thankful for the experience of I went to Toyota of Burleson looking for a vehicle for my 16 year old son. My husband wasn't able to be there so I was thankful for the experience of Gil McLain, the sales associate who was working with us. He showed us two fantastic trucks in our price range and gave us important information about each truck that ultimately led to our decision about which one to purchase. Before my son drove off the lot he went through every important piece of information about the truck. Famiily's take care of one another and the Toyota of Burleson treated us like family.
