From going to get the car for us from the Arlington location to making sure we had all new keys for the vehicle as it only had a fob he was always there ready to assist in an extremely timely fashion. He even periodically followed up to make sure we were enjoying the vehicle. He was also very patient- we had our 2 year old with us for the buying process. It was a busy day and we had to wait several hours in the late evening to get to the finance department. He helped us keep our toddler occupied and got her ice cream when she started getting fussy. All around great experience start to finish. More
