I did not like being forced to pay $995 for dent ding repair, stain removal etc for 3 years...Family Toyota pushes this on all Customers and will not negotiate it out. This was the only negative part of the experience. I would use Family Toyota of Burleson again More

The dealership is located about an hour and a half (w/traffic) from our residence on the north side of DFW. However, the drive was well worth it because of the incredible service provided by our sales-person, Michael Stinnett. He couldn't have been more gracious or personable and represented his employer in what I'd describe as an "old-school-no-stress-manner" that was impressive to say the least. His is patience was also notable, as we took a bit longer with our test-drive and the consideration of our purchase than what might have been typical. More
