We started going over figures on a 2016 when they pulled this bright blue loaded SE Carolla right next to us on the show room floor. My wife saw it and that was that. Several reasons we decided on the Toyota Highlander were: 1) this car had everything we wanted for less money than the Acura or Infinity; 2) atmosphere of the dealership; 3 )personalities of the General Manager, Derrick Herndon, Sales associate Gerrick Compton, and JB Barnett in finance; 4) the 2017 Consumer Report rating of the Toyota Highlander. I see why they are called "Family" Toyota because we actually had fun buying this car. The dealership is in the process of installing DVDs in the headrests for my two grandsons.
