Great place to car shop! We have been to multiple dealerships over the past month looking for a car but all we recieved was people being extemely pushy and rude, but not here! Kent was who we worked with and he was excellent. We knew what price range we wanted and he never pushed us to do something else. He was super patient with us being indecisive and having our baby girl (5 months) with us. He made the experience so easy and actually fun. We finally found a good car and the process of signing the papers was a breeze. We would recommend anyone to come here and definitely talk to Kent! More

Excellent Customer Service and Follow-Up Chris Boles did and incredible job from the first click of the mouse as I was looking for a used car. I also was given a date that the car would be ready which changed from what I originally had planned so I asked for a loaner, in the meantime, Chris was able to get their interior guy to come in unscheduled and complete the rest of the process. Also, after a little question about a service warranty, JB sweetened the deal instead of removing the plan from my contract. Kuddos all around. More

They Treated Me Like "Family" I am new to the area of Burleson, and it was time for my car to reach its ten thousand mile checkup. Family Toyota checked my car over, and changed t I am new to the area of Burleson, and it was time for my car to reach its ten thousand mile checkup. Family Toyota checked my car over, and changed the oil and fluids, with no charge to me. Miguel, in the service department, was the first gentleman to help me. He ushered me into the beautiful waiting area and showed me where the coffee machine and restroom facilities were. He, periodically, would come back to check on me to give me updates on my car. They even washed my car! I had a latte' and relaxed, enjoying the beauty of the facility. Then, I had to come back a few days later to get my car inspected in Texas, since I had moved from out of state. Collin took care of me this time, with the same courtesy and care. I had another latte, while waiting, and Collin would periodically come to make sure I was fine. Again, they washed my car, before I left. I then came into the facility three days later, because in the state from which I moved, they did not require but one license tag. Being widowed, I had no idea how to put my new license plates on a car that had no license holder in the front of the car. I called Family Toyota, and they assured me they would help resolve my dilemma. Collin, in the service department, helped me yet again, with such care. They even took my old inspection sticker off, and replaced it with the new inspection sticker. I tried to pay for the service, and they refused my money. I will always be a Family Toyota fan! They welcomed me into a new city, with such helpfulness. More

Turned a potentially tragic experience into an exceptional. I purchased a 2012 Tacoma for my son after his 2005 was totaled. Mike Wassell was terrific to work with for the purchase. When I got the truck home it was discovered to have a severe transmission shudder. My home town dealership said it appeared to have had the wrong transmission fluid which they thought would void the 60 day warranty. Chris Bruder Service Director at Family Toyota, assured me that they would stand behind the vehicle "1,000,000%". That's exactly what they did. They paid for the dealership in my hometown to replace the transmission and now the vehicle is perfect. It was so refreshing for Family Toyota to do exactly what they promised, even when that came at an unexpected expense. More
