I like being able to make an appointment ahead of time on their website so that when I get there, I don't have to wait in line behind those who just showed up. I've been using Family since right after they opened and am always treated like "family" (pun intended, haha). I had bought my Corolla at a different dealership before Family opened up but they treat me and my car as if i had bought it there. We bought my wife's Camry at Family (at what I feel was a good price and good trade allowance on our used car).If she has to get her car serviced, she is treated very well too. I especially like dealing with Service rep. Chris Bruder who is not pushy on selling me things I don't need and explains what my cars need to have done. Their prices are comparable to small repair places and they don't up charge like other dealerships do. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I'm not buying a car today I was in the market for a new car in the next 6 months. I went into Family Toyota of Burleson just to get a price on a new Toyota Corolla SE, still in I was in the market for a new car in the next 6 months. I went into Family Toyota of Burleson just to get a price on a new Toyota Corolla SE, still in my workout clothes as I had just finished working out...basically Ronnie Beck did such an amazing job answering all my questions and getting me such an awesome price that I couldn't say no and ended up purchasing a beautiful new 2017 Corolla sport!! And I am NOT an impulse buyer! Also, I couldn't bear the thought of leaving my little Volkswagon beetle at the dealership over night (as I hadn't planned on buying a car!), so I was going to leave my new Corolla and come back the next day to get it. Well Ronnie wouldn't hear of that, and after my new car had been detailed, Ronnie and another salesman drove my new car to my house nearby!! Now that is going above and beyond customer service!!
