2013 Prius V Three Purchase Sierra was amazing, helpful and professional, she was extremely patient with my kids and family throughout the entire process, and very respectful. Si Sierra was amazing, helpful and professional, she was extremely patient with my kids and family throughout the entire process, and very respectful. Sierra was very knowledgable with the Prius V and explained everything to me and my wife while test driving the car, even helping me sync my phone to the car. She inspected additional flaws on the vehicle and ensure the repairs were done that day. Two days afterwards, finding additional flaws Sierra assisted us with those repairs and introduced Greg to help us with the additional repairs. Greg was professional and addressed all the service and repairs needed that day. Best car buying experience ever at any dealership in my lifetime. my 2013 Prius V looks as good as a brand new 2017. Simple, easy place to buy a car I have bought two truck with Michael Boles. I spoke to Michael and told him what I need it and what I was looking for, The dealer at that point didn't I have bought two truck with Michael Boles. Lousy service department I'm glad all these other people had a good experience at Family Toyota of Burleson because mine was far from good. I contacted them at 10:30 in the mo I'm glad all these other people had a good experience at Family Toyota of Burleson because mine was far from good. I contacted them at 10:30 in the morning to ask about having a hitch and brake/light harness installed on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. I was told by the service manager he'd get back to me with a price for parts and install. Never heard from him. Called again a few hours later. I thought maybe I missed the call. I was told the same thing by another person. Never heard from him. Received a phone call from ANOTHER service person late in the evening that the parts place was now closed but he PROMISED he'd call me the next morning with the price for parts and install. Never heard from him either. THREE DAYS LATER I STILL haven't heard from ANYBODY from that place and now I have two days get this done before I pick up my new travel trailer. I was nice to all three of these people, even joking and laughing about how the RV place doesn't do wiring on Toyota trucks one of the biggest sellers in the country. Not one of these people gave me the common courtesy of a phone call telling if they could or could not or why they could not do this job. Well they can stick this place, I'm going to U-Haul to get this job done and find another place to service my Toyota Tacoma when the need arises. More
