Great experience, nice people I was shopping for a 2017 Toyota Highlander and they got me in the shop with a great quote online. After I got there, I worked with Chris Yates, and I was shopping for a 2017 Toyota Highlander and they got me in the shop with a great quote online. After I got there, I worked with Chris Yates, and he was great. I was shooting for a certain price, and he pulled out all the stops to get me there. It was not easy, and he ended up giving me more for my trade-in that it was worth, just to get me to my price. He's an all around stand-up guy. They didn't have the vehicle on the lot yet, so I put down a deposit and it was going to be in on their next delivery in a few weeks. I was not in a rush. However, I ended up having a personal emergency, that was going to require my car-buying funds, and I was unable to purchase the highlander in the end. I called Chris, and he was able to give my deposit back in full refund without any hassle. When I'm ready to purchase again, I will be going to Chris Yates. He was very patient and remained friendly throughout the negotiation, even though I had a very demanding price point. And he did everything to get me as close as possible to that price point, that was agreeable to me for purchase. Ive been to other dealerships where the salesmen get angry and become downright rude and nasty when you play hardball with them. Chris remained professional as ever despite the tough negotiations, and wanted to sell me the car despite being a tough customer. Other dealerships that I visited told me sorry, shook my hand, and let me go. So, I really appreciate Chris and Burleson Toyota, very honest, professional, courteous, and gave a great price. Can't ask for more. They will get my business in the future when i recoup my car-buying funds and go back. More

Because of my distance from the dealership, I wanted to be sure that the pictures were accurate, revealing the true condition of the car. Bruce did an excellent job answering all of my questions and taking additional photos, assuring me that the car was in excellent condition as the photos indicated. We decided to make the several hours drive and were pleased to find that both the information and pictures were correct. It was a problem free and smooth experience. Bruce stayed in touch with me during our trip over and even came back up to the dealership to take care of the sale. More

We went in with a monthly payment and down payment in mind, and they made it happen. Heck, they even lowered our monthly payment. The entire process was very easy. I told Lisa what we were looking for and before we arrived, she had a car ready for us to drive. After that, things were smooth sailing. The only downside to this experience, is the long wait time to see a finance person. Other than that, we were in and out of this dealership in 4 hours, with a car. Our credit is not the greatest, but there was no issues in financing. (worst nightmare for some people, including us). The facilities are just beautiful and inviting. More
