Because of my distance from the dealership, I wanted I contacted the dealership inquiring about a specific car and was transferred to Bruce Magallan. Because of my distance from the dealership, I wanted to be sure that the pictures were accurate, revealing the true condition of the car. Bruce did an excellent job answering all of my questions and taking additional photos, assuring me that the car was in excellent condition as the photos indicated. We decided to make the several hours drive and were pleased to find that both the information and pictures were correct. It was a problem free and smooth experience. Bruce stayed in touch with me during our trip over and even came back up to the dealership to take care of the sale. More

Family Toyota of Burleson My wife and I were very skeptical of purchasing a car. However, Lisa DeMay, made the process very easy for us. We went in with a monthly payment and My wife and I were very skeptical of purchasing a car. However, Lisa DeMay, made the process very easy for us. We went in with a monthly payment and down payment in mind, and they made it happen. Heck, they even lowered our monthly payment. The entire process was very easy. I told Lisa what we were looking for and before we arrived, she had a car ready for us to drive. After that, things were smooth sailing. The only downside to this experience, is the long wait time to see a finance person. Other than that, we were in and out of this dealership in 4 hours, with a car. Our credit is not the greatest, but there was no issues in financing. (worst nightmare for some people, including us). The facilities are just beautiful and inviting. More

She did not have it on the lot but searched and found exactly what I wanted, got it to the dealership and let me know when it arrived. She is very knowledgable of the vehicles, features and of the entire buying process. From the initial questions, vehicle selection, test drive, price negotiation and final wallkthrough, Jennifer was awesome. In addition to Jennifer, all of the staff we enteracted with was polite and truly made us feel at home. JB patiently answered all of our finance questions and got us processed in short order. I highly recommend this dealership; they are doing something right over there. Ohh.. I almost forgot, their pricing is great too! More
