Great Dealership I was looking for a specific color and price for a 2017 RAV4, I talked to Lynn Torres and told her exactly what color, what price range, and that it h I was looking for a specific color and price for a 2017 RAV4, I talked to Lynn Torres and told her exactly what color, what price range, and that it had to be a 2017 Limited RAV4. She did not have it on the lot but searched and found exactly what I wanted, got it to the dealership and let me know when it arrived. My husband and I went to look at it, I fell in love with it but not the price. Lynn and the managers worked and finally got the price down for me. Thank you so much for all your hard work. She is very knowledgable of the vehicles, features and of the entire buying process. From the initial questions, vehicle selection, test drive, price negotiation and final wallkthrough, Jennifer was awesome. In addition to Jennifer, all of the staff we enteracted with was polite and truly made us feel at home. JB patiently answered all of our finance questions and got us processed in short order. 4Runner purchase This was the third time my family has purchased a vehicle at Family Toyota but the first time for me. After being involved in an auto vehicle accident This was the third time my family has purchased a vehicle at Family Toyota but the first time for me. After being involved in an auto vehicle accident in which my vehicle was totaled, I was looking at different vehicles to purchase. I called the dealership to verify the availability of a vehicle that I saw on their website. Frank Thompson worked with me and answered all of my questions on this vehicle as well as other models. When I arrived for my appointment with Frank to look at the vehicle models I was interested in, I explained that I was just looking at the time as I waited for the insurance company to perform an appraisal of my wrecked vehicle. Frank was very understanding, as was everyone I interacted with at Family Toyota. I never felt pressured to make a decision while I was waiting on the insurance. When I returned later in the month, Frank was very patient and answered all of my questions as I was finalizing my decision on a vehicle. I was surprised that the negotiations were uneventful and that everyone including Josh Moore werevery accommodating. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Once I had agreed n a price for my new vehicle, Joe Sabin helped me navigate financing and explained all my options to me. The whole buying process was very painless and I would definitely recommend Family Toyota to anyone looking to purchase an automobile. More
