That was the big seller for me to return and work with Bruce Magallan, he was laid back and made me feel no pressure on this purchase and for me that's a huge plus to the car buying process. Outstanding Service I have always been a person who is hesitant to walk into a car dealership as I have not always had the best experiences. After 3 weeks of trying to wo I have always been a person who is hesitant to walk into a car dealership as I have not always had the best experiences. After 3 weeks of trying to work a deal in the Waco area, walking in and out of car dealerships after promises were made and then broken, I sent an email to Family Toyota of Burleson stating the car, down payment, trade, and monthly terms I was aiming for. Within 30 minutes, their great internet sales manager, Lisa, had everything squared away. I then drove up to get my car and unfortunately, there was a slight mishap in the delivery of the vehicle and I was not going to be able to get it until the following day. The entire team at the dealership worked extremely hard to make sure I had a great experience and they were sincerely apologetic for the drive I had to make to pick up a car that was not there. I felt like everyone was very open and honest and their number one priority was customer satisfaction. Everything worked out great and they even had a driver make the 150 mile round trip to deliver my new car on New Year's Eve. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership to any friends/family in the future. More

It was a drive from Denton, but worth it! My salesman, Bruce, was straight with me from the beginning! He took his time with me, was personable, and not "a slimy car salesman". The manager was nice, not intimidating or threatening. It is my first time to lease, and they all answered all my questions without hesitation. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Bruce took me for a test drive and took the time to show me all the newest technology and everything I can do with the car. The finance guy, Kevin, was super nice, went through the paperwork quickly and made it all very easy. Other than being there 3 1/2 hours, it was a good experience all around! More
