I wasn't there to buy a vehicle! I came into the Toyota dealership around 10am with my mother who was in search of a new vehicle. After many hours (because my mother likes to take her I came into the Toyota dealership around 10am with my mother who was in search of a new vehicle. The finance training manager Mike Mosesley also provide impeccable service and explanations. Long story short by 6pm my stepdad , two daughters ,and husband were at Toyota and we left with three brand new vehicles instead of one! Big thanks to Kevin Polite for sticking around and wrapping up the paperwork ! S/N the coffee bar , theater room were also amazing - but the fact that we ate what the employees ate for lunch was really nice they did not have to feed us yet they did. More

Russell knew he wasn't going to make a sale that day, but treated me no different than the next day when 2 car deals were on the table. Russell worked hard to find ways to manipulate the deal so that both my wife and I could slide into 2 new cars without going crazy over budget. The professionalism and patience needed to make these deals happen spoke volumes about the commitment and dedication to their customers. AMAZING CUTOMER SERVICE I bought a 2014 Honda Accord Sport from Family Toyota of Burleson on the 27th of December. The next day the battery died and the balance of the front I bought a 2014 Honda Accord Sport from Family Toyota of Burleson on the 27th of December. The next day the battery died and the balance of the front tires went out. I bought a battery to fix the issue. The next day the alternator went out. I called and spoke to Faheem, he eased my frustrations about the Accord and introduced me to Max. Max bent over backward to listen to my concerns and help find multiple solutions to resolve the issue. Toyota of Burleson layer out several options. 1. Fix the root cause of the vehicle at their cost. 2. Full refund 3. Find another cr hole between the two dealerships they own and pay the difference. I ended up switching out cars after test driving 3 vehicles. Max, Faheem, and, JB were such a pleasure to work with. They made the buying process delightful both the first and second times around. I have looked over 1.2 years for a great deal and great service. I should have started here and would have saved a lot of time and frustration. I'm very very critical of the sales process and Family Toyota and the fellows knocked it out of the park! More
