My last vehicle purchase (2 weeks ago) was good, but Mr. Jimenez provided the best service I've ever received from a car dealership. He is the reason I will continue to purchase Toyota vehicles at Burleson Toyota. If he ever leaves I want to know where he is so I can purchase a vehicle from him. The rest of the staff was great, but it all starts with your salesperson and Mr. Jimenez provided exceptional service throughout the whole purchase. But my only complaint is when I was handed the cars, the gas tank was empty. I was promised gas cards but till this day have not received them. Don't believe the dealership if they say they're gonna send you gas cards because they won't. More

Slow work made right I spent 2.5 hr. To get a light bulb changed on a Saturday after my wife spent 1.5 hr on a weekday before this. We made an appointment to get the bulb I spent 2.5 hr. To get a light bulb changed on a Saturday after my wife spent 1.5 hr on a weekday before this. We made an appointment to get the bulb done at 11:00. I showed up and though the appointment number was about a dozen numbers and letters long, the one greeting me didn't even know what it was. I told him it was the appointment number defining the work. He said "OK" and took my keys and left. Well, after watching my truck get closer to the service doors for 2 hrs. I finally saw it go in. I waited an half hour until I got up and noticed my car was outside again which was interesting since nobody had called my name. I went to the service manager and told him my name and e found it was ready. He asked the guy running the shop who serviced it since it wasn't noted. After getting the answer it was"?" working in Express, I quipped that it couldn't have been him since 2.5 hrs. is by definition not express. So far this was a bad experience. Then the manager folded up a piece of paper and printed another. He then wrote on it and asked me to sign it. I noticed the cost was $0, and it had a statement " a free oil change" next time on it. I said that it was ok and I would pay for the service correctly. He said his shop was about service and I hadn't received it. so "OK", at least it is about service and even though they don't always make it to that standard, at least the management makes it right. More
