I've dealt with three service reps since I have been having my 2015 Camry se It is always a great experience every time I take my car in for service. I've dealt with three service reps since I have been having my 2015 Camry serviced here. All three were excellent. The waiting area is very upscale and inviting. Since I work during the week, I take my car in on Saturday mornings, which you would think would mean long waits and crowded waiting area. Not here. They get you in and out before you know it. Nothing but good things to say. I bought my car before they opened, but I will definitely look there first before I buy another one. More

Though this dealership is out of the way for me I drive the extra miles because I know I will receive quality service. Ava is my personal service advisor and she does an outstanding job. When she is unavailable her team members make themselves available to assist. My salesman, Manny, always has a kind word and is willing to assist whenever needed, even if it is not his department. FE alignment corrected minor car First visit, used 2014 toyotaAvalonHybridLimited, 17k miles: Front-end alignment, oil/filter change, tire rotation. FE alignment corrected minor car wandering. Tech accidentally over-torqued wheels to 90 instead of 76lb/ft. When asked about the error, Ava Winchester (service adviser), Chris Bruder (service manager), AND tech (Dana ???) personally apologized to me for the error, and immediately made the correction. I'm 62, 46 years of auto driving/maintenance. Even the best techs make mistakes, the absolute BEST techs admit their occasional error and correct it. I'm very impressed. More
