Tech accidentally over-torqued wheels to 90 instead of 76lb/ft. When asked about the error, Ava Winchester (service adviser), Chris Bruder (service manager), AND tech (Dana ???) personally apologized to me for the error, and immediately made the correction. I'm 62, 46 years of auto driving/maintenance. Even the best techs make mistakes, the absolute BEST techs admit their occasional error and correct it. I'm very impressed. More

Bruce, the internet relationship manager called within one minute, found the exact truck I wanted where no one else could, beat the price of the others by multiple thousands, gave multiple thousands more for my trade, with no haggle b.s. Easy, you say – alas, it would be, if we weren’t specific in our search for the elusive 2017 Inferno Toyota Tundra 4x4 CrewCab that fit PRECISELY into the monthly payment price range I expected, with a high expectation on the trade-in value of our Jeep…. Yes, I pulled out the “high-maintenance” card in my search. The morning of 11/18/16 brought me a phone call from Clifton, at Family Toyota of Burleson. We had a nice conversation, in which I laid out my requests (exact vehicle specs, trade-in expectations, price, etc). Being that Family Toyota is over an hour away from me, I was hesitant to do business (as one might expect). Clifton said “give me 3 hours to do some research”. That afternoon, I received a call back from Clifton stating: “I have searched 500 miles and I’ve found your PERFECT vehicle! But….. we will have to bring it in from another dealership….” He was RIGHT! The truck suited EVERY need that we had, and all that was left, was to show him the trade so we could ‘make a deal’! I drove to Family Toyota on Monday 11/21/16 – got everything that I had hoped for, and more, from not only our trade-in value, but the new truck specs and the monthly payment model as well! That afternoon, they began the dealer-trade to bring our truck home (which of course, I pulled that high-maintenance card back out and requested it before Thanksgiving….) :) True to his word, Clifton 110% delivered on everything he said he would with me! We picked up our truck on Wednesday 11/25, after spending a very short time back in finance (since Clifton had basically everything done for us up front :)) I absolutely could not be happier with the service provided by Mr. Clifton Poe at Family Toyota of Burleson! I’m already looking for my next vehicle to purchase from them – and have been providing rave reviews of the customer service to all my family, friends and co-workers!
