Russell, in sales, assisted me with questions at the dealership and via email (for example: sent pictures of the trunks of different used cars I was interested in). He continued to help me with other issues even after the sale was complete. Joe assisted me through financing and was upfront and personable during multiple interactions. He provided brochures and details whenever I asked. Nick in service helped me handle minor issues that arose. His pleasantly and non-patronizing demeanor were refreshing after some of the negative experiences I've been through at other auto dealerships. Plus they have a great customer lobby with wifi, beverages, and TVs. I strongly recommend Family Toyota to anyone purchasing a vehicle or having one serviced. More
