She, Sierra Mickens, said we could leave our car where it was and if she could help us with anything. She did, we never went to another dealership of any kind and a few hours later, we left with our new Rav4. My husband has never been able to make a decision that fast before but Sierra was not pushy. They have more selections of vehicles (different options / equipments) , the price they have is better than others in the metroplex. The customer service is great - is much better than what we have experienced in one other Toyota dealership in North Dallas / Plano area. Our main sales guy Richard Valdes was nice to deal with and was very willing to work with us in the pricing. He was very patient and we didn't feel rushed to make a decision. Bruce Magallan was the internet sales and he is very courteous and helped bring us through the later steps of the sale. He was very helpful in showing us some of the technologies available on the van. Thanks Richard and Bruce! Overall, I recommend this dealership. We live in Plano but the drive to Burleson is WELL worth it. I got a better price / much better service and broader selection of cars. More

Jeff Raim sent me a no nonsense internet price based on an affiliation with my car and home insurer. Bruce Magallan was very responsive with email and text communications, including sending detailed pictures of the vehicle and assisted me in finalizing the sale and picking up the vehicle. Faheem Darville obtained an even lower interest rate than an already competitive rate I previously obtained independently. More
