Having no time to brake and nowhere to swerve, my daughter had to hit the tire. She said she could feel it hitting the underneath side of her 2003 Toyota Camry which we have maintained regularly through a Toyota dealership closer to our home. They were within a 10 minute drive of the Family Toyota of Burleson dealership. I called and spoke with Marcia Miller (who I have also reviewed at this site) and she said that they would be happy to look over the car and make sure there was no damage. Greg Williams is the person in the service department who actually supervised the evaluation. They pulled the car up and looked over the vehicle thoroughly. Luckily, there was no damage. They sent the girls on their merry, but frazzled, way to Austin--AND DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING!! I was absolutely astounded at the kindness and commitment to the Toyota brand that was shown to my daughter. It was a huge sigh of relief for this mom. After looking at just one used car he came back and told us that the dealership was really pushing new vehicles and we ended up getting my daughter into a brand new 2015 Corolla. We got a great deal and the color she wanted with all the safety and tech features she wanted under $200/ month. This is the third car we bought from the dealership and Mike Moseley. She was very down to earth and I felt no pressure. I was a difficult customer, to say the least. We went in to run some numbers and I met Michael Moseley, also easy to talk to. I have never bought a car from the first dealership I visited. I have always held out for the best deal, which meant going back and forth. I was honest about that and they made me what I "thought" was a great deal. I went for it, although I was skeptical. The dealership closed before I did the paperwork and they stayed very late, not only to get the signatures, but to visit with us, show us all of the features on the car, detail it, etc. Tammy and Michael never acted as though they were in a hurry to get home. Still skeptical, I did my research when we got home to see if I got a great deal. WOW!!!!!! Turns out that I got better than an exceptional price and I didn't have to do all the leg work. Great Car Buying Experience I was looking for a car online and I found the perfect one for the perfect price at Family Toyota. The problem was, I live in Missouri and the dealers I was looking for a car online and I found the perfect one for the perfect price at Family Toyota. The problem was, I live in Missouri and the dealership is of course in Texas. I really wanted the car though so I put in a contact request. Within minutes Josh had called me and gave me all the information I needed. He gave me the over price within a couple of hours and I was sold! I told him I'd be down next week to get the car. When I finally got to the dealership everything was very relaxed and hassle free. Josh even had parts of the car repainted for me!!
