Customer Service is their main goal I live two hours from Burleson, but had some car trouble on a trip and pulled in. I was immediately amazed at how we were treated like special guests. Greg in the service department asked us about our service needs and was kind and comforting, which was just what we needed! The facility is beautiful and designed to make customers feel at home. On a subsequent visit, the service manager Chris made arrangements for our appointment. Ava welcomed us and took care of getting things set up. Phil drove us to a restaurant in the courtesy van. Every part of dealing with Family Toyota is courteous. The two-hour drive is worth it to receive such great service. I feel like I am going to be a life-long customer of Family Toyota of Burleson! My visit was not for sales, so I can not complete some of what is listed below.This is too bad, because the individuals who have helped us have been great! More

Amazing Experience!!! On Saturday Afternoon, My husband and I had decided that we would go look for him a new truck. He had been wanting a Toyota Tundra for awhile. He had On Saturday Afternoon, My husband and I had decided that we would go look for him a new truck. He had been wanting a Toyota Tundra for awhile. He had one already but it was a 2008 and it had a lot of miles on it. Once we got there we starting looking at some of the tundras and we were immediately greeted by a relationship consultant named Tammy. She was very nice and very helpful and right away she asked what trucks my husband wanted to look at and my husband got to test drive his dream truck. The truck was everything he wanted and more. It wasn't long before we started filling out paperwork to get started. We were very excited. We loved that we didn't spend too long there. it was the best experience we had ever had buying a new vehicle especially bringing our three and 1/2 year a long. Who too enjoy the free popcorn very much! After not a long wait at all we were ready to sign the papers with Omarr who too was very nice and very helpful. It was the best experience. We loved how they pulled his truck into the bay to look at while signing the paperwork. My husband was just smiling from ear to ear and everyone that worked there congratulated him on his new truck. Tammy helped show my husband all the features of his new truck and we were very happy with both Tammy's and Omarr's customer service. We will be referring all of our friends and family to family Toyota of Burleson and we will be back next time we buy a new vehicle. If you are looking to buy a vehicle and want great service they are the absolute best dealership we have ever been too. It was definitely a family friendly environment! More

He listened, didn't pressure us and let us make our own decision. He was pleasant, helpful and went over and beyond what we expected of. a Salesperson. It was a pleasure to work with Skeeter Poich. Great service! I draged myself into the dealership to look at a Rav4 and see if I could afford it because my friends and family have had great use of their Toyotas. Sierra greeted me at the door and lifted my spirits. She showed me a vehicle and could tel right away I was not enthusiastic about the all black interior. She whisked it away and brought one with light grey and darker grey cloth seats that held a lot more light. we drove it and she talked about possible end of month specials. She never put pressure on, just useful information about safety ratings and fuel economy. When I said I wanted to go get my husband, she said, "Let's take it to him." and because I was tired she drove. Berry was impressed, so she let him drive back to the dealership. The facility is spacious and gracious. Didn't need the kids movie room but thought it a great idea. the break room offered ice cream treats or sodas. we needed something because we had used up lunchtime looking at the car. We admired the stonework and fireplace and pot plants. Once we purchased the car, her partner Faheem brought it into an air-conditioned bay and our HHR next to it so we could transfer personal stuff easily in the cool He gave us thorough lessons on using our phones in the car, but seeing our dazed expressions programmed his number into our phones so we could call for help if/when we forgot how to get started. He programmed some of our favorite stations into the amazing radio. Of course we didn't know 18 stations to put in it. The touch screen is pretty user friendly. We love the car so far. Getting used to the slightly different gearshift. The backup camera screen is sometimes hard to see if a lot of light is coming in the windows, but that is true withe any of them. Just getting used to it. In bringing in the title to our HHR, we met dealer "Relationship Care Manager" Derrick Mikens, Siserra's father who managed a dealership in VA and moved to TX to open this one. Great experience!
