We worked with Matthew Luck and Darell Shaffer as well as Mark Cleaton and all were professional and friendly. We found the car we wanted online and I emailed them requesting details. Within fifteen minutes, Matthew was calling me. We scheduled an appointment so the car we were interested in was ready for us when we arrived and we walked out with a purchase. The showroom is comfortable, extremely clean and set up to where if someone does have a wait, they have options on where to sit comfortably, including a theater room. They were not over the top pushy like several other car dealers are and listened to what we wanted. Guest satisfaction seems to be at the top of their radar. We had done loads of reseach and comparison shopping and are very happy with both the car we purchased and the price we payed. We felt they offered us a fair price, good value for our money and we would definitely go back for another purchase (even though it's an hour away). More

Excellent service and auto repair My 1995 Toyota Camry broke down about 10 miles from Family Toyota. The original repair facility recommended by my insurance company could not be locat My 1995 Toyota Camry broke down about 10 miles from Family Toyota. The original repair facility recommended by my insurance company could not be located so the tow truck operator recommended Family Toyota. It is a fairly new facility, less than 6 months in operation, so I went with his suggestion. Before I was halfway from the dropoff area to the service door I was met by Ava Winchester, Asst. Service Manager. She was instantly pleasant and genuine and eager to find out the issue with my car. She filled out the paperwork and turned the car over to Jerry the mechanic who performed the diagnostics. It took roughly an hour or so figure out the initial problem, but inclusive of the diagnostics was a 20 point inspection of the primary systems. I had a significant oil leak (which I was already aware) and a leak at the distributor seal in the engine. Bad serpentine belt, most likely bad timing belt, engine coolant leak and several other issues. Since the car was already broken and most likely not going to be fixed by the afternoon, I agreed to the oil and coolant repairs along with some engine seal work due to the age and probable deterioration of the seals. The work was completed in 3 days at what I believe was a reasonable labor rate and parts price. The car was returned spotlessly washed and interior very nicely cleaned. I will note that I am a professional aircraft mechanic and inspector with over 35 years experience. I know bad and potentially bad when I see it. I also hate working on cars so I am very happy to turn repairs over to competent and capable hands. The waiting area is very comfortable; there is even a media room for the more discerning customer. Good coffee and free muffins available on that day. The showroom is wonderful. A lot of thought went into the construction of this dealership. Definitely worth a visit even if it is an unexpected repair. I highly recommend the maintenance group from my experience on these days. More

We were offered something to drink or eat while we waited momentarily. The dealership is a beautiful facility and everyone was smiling and eager to assist us. We were purchasing a used vehicle and it was detailed immaculately. They had also put lots into making the vehicle a sound and reliable car for sale. The price was right for this year model. We had shopped around and found nothing even close that was as nice as this vehicle and priced right. The car sold itself. Faheem really didn't have much to do except fill out the paperwork for us. He was great, encouraging, and no pressure! This is how car sales ought to be. No hassle, no guesswork, nothing hidden. I will look there first in the future for vehicle needs. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! More
