Service department is lacking. I called and made a service appointment for my 2014 Toyota Avalon. I show up on time the day of the appointment to find out that "there is no record I called and made a service appointment for my 2014 Toyota Avalon. I show up on time the day of the appointment to find out that "there is no record of my appointment". I was told that I would be "fit in" without any kind of delays. After waiting for 45 minutes I was finally greeted by the person that I had actually made the appointment with, asking how long I had been there. I waited over an hour to get a 15k service (tire rotation). I didn't wait for a car wash or vacuum because "it was backed up". My time is important. I called and made an appointment so I could get in, get out, and get on with my day. This is unacceptable. More
