I traded in my 2020 tundra for a new 2022 tundra and due to a manufacture defect, the engine had to be replaced with less than only 21,500 miles. I was very concerned and was looking at the possibility of c to a manufacture defect, the engine had to be replaced with less than only 21,500 miles. I was very concerned and was looking at the possibility of changing car manufacturers, but the general manager (Dustin) at the Burleson family Toyota and my sales person Manny turned what could have been a very bad situation into a good one and I appreciate their hard work and dedication to excellent service. My family and I have purchased around 12-14 vehicles in the past 12 years from Family Toyota and it looks like we will continue to be a part of the Toyota family in Burleson. I can't say enough good things about the people at that location, including Brandon Smith in the service department and so many other people that work there who are just good people. More

Paul helped me with a used vehicle that I was interested in online. I live in east Texas so I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could scheduled a day to go to Burleson to look at it. Before heading that way, Paul called to let me know their service department had found some issues with the vehicle and that they would not be able to sell it to me. The dealership immediately refunded my deposit. Even though I did not buy a truck from them, I felt like Paul and the dealership dealt with me fairly.
