When you come in for service the service advisors are very helpful and really listen to any concerns you have. The service team goes out of its way to address each and any issue. My adviser Brandon is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Their dealership is very comfortable with a nice lounge area, internet wifi cafe, free beverages, and coffee drinks, heck, you can even get a haircut while you wait! No kidding... I have to mention my last service experience- While waiting for my Bz4x to get a software update & rotate my tires I saw the manager Dustin Herndon and casually joked- "Hey, you keep me here much longer and someone will have to feed me". I was only joking... but this guy went out of his way and ordered me not one, but two Papa John's Pizzas and had them delivered to me at the dealership.. while I was still waiting on my car!! Unbelievable!! Who are these People... Like no other dealership, I've ever heard of! More
