I recently bought my Rav4 from Family Toyota of Burleson. It all started with an online inquiry to which Jason Jutz responded and scheduled a test drive for us. Upon reaching the dealership, I got warm welcome and was assigned to Sierra Mickens. She assisted me with test drives and patiently explained the features and answered my questions. When I had questions about the delivery period, she gave the true ETA known to her and kept updating me about any changes in the dates. On the day of delivery, Sierra took additional efforts to help us familiarize with the car and answered all our questions. End to End it was a good experience. Thank you Sierra and Jason. More
