I called for a 4 runner and not many in DFW area. I spoke with Gerrick and he let me know they had a couple. When we got there I met with him and maybe within 20 minutes we were test driving it. He was no BS and made us feel comfortable from the get go and actually the entire atmosphere at this dealership was great. Gerrick explained everything and answered our questions honestly (we did our research and knew answers to questions that were asked). It got busy shortly after us arriving and it was like organized chaos but never did Gerrick let us go unattended to. So in short Gerrick was pretty awesome, honest and I’d trust him to sell me another vehicle. We get to the finance area and we were paired with Brandon. Again totally awesome and honest. Brandon was great in letting us know every detail about the financing and what we were actually purchasing with warranties etc. We had to leave to run an errand because of life but when we came back he went right back into taking care of us and it was easy. Also while we were gone Gerrick called to let us know that while in detailing they noticed the front windows weren’t tinted and hadn’t been noticed until then, but told us not to worry they were going to make it right. Anywho, in short both of these guys are top notch and both guys that I’d like to have a beer with on a Saturday evening. Both personable, honest, down to earth and no bs. This dealership will definitely have my business again. No BS, honest, friendly, attentive and so much more. More
