Walked in on Monday and it was surprisingly busy but was nonetheless helped right away. We were referred to Matt Herndon by our daughter and son in law. We test drove 3 different cars and decided the Highla nonetheless helped right away. We were referred to Matt Herndon by our daughter and son in law. We test drove 3 different cars and decided the Highlander was the clear winner. Matt was awesome and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Proceeded to reserve Highlander XSE on transport headed to dealership. Arrived day after the hail storm thankfully. We got the Highlander XSE on Friday morning. The best car buying experience ever with an awesome salesman. More

Chad was above and beyond outstanding. .. my wife had a major transmission issue while en route from DFW to Austin after having a standard transmission maintenance performed on the Camry at .. my wife had a major transmission issue while en route from DFW to Austin after having a standard transmission maintenance performed on the Camry at another Toyota dealer... he got her calmed down , had the car diagnosed and repaired after he helped her get a rent a car so she could make it to Austin... hard to find that kind of help nowadays ... heartfelt thanks..
